Aztec Suns

Our third grade students designed these beautiful suns on black paper. They used color stix (similar to a colored pencil) to fill the suns with vibrant colors. These and other beautiful suns will be on display in November. Stop by the office to see them in person!

Sketchbook Spotlight #1

Sketchbook Spotlight is a chance for me to shout from the rooftops about an exemplary sketchbook entry. This sketch was drawn for the prompt "Draw something funny." When I saw this drawing, I could not stop chuckling. Great work K.H.!!

An electric pencil sharpener.

Walk Safe Poster Contest

Every year our students participate in the Walk Safe Program. The final activity is to design and draw a poster that celebrates the program. I am tasked with selecting one poster to represent our school in the district-wide poster contest. Congratulations to our student who created our school's winning poster!
